Starhive is a very ambitious venture where we develop the next-generation software platform (SaaS / PaaS) to help organizations become as effective as possible. The platform offers advanced data management and service management capabilities which customers can use off the shelf or customize to their unique needs.

CEO & Co-Founder Mindville AB (Acquired by Atlassian 2020)

2012-2022 Stockholm

Based on my product idea, Mindville was founded to offer enterprise asset management capabilities to all kinds of organisations. We grew the company to 50+ employees in three different countries. 14 products were developed reaching 2000+ customers in 100+ countries. Revenue grew to 80M SEK with a 35%+ profit margin in 5 years. I also developed a global partner program engaging 170 resellers and service partners around the world. In 2021, Mindville was recognized by Deloitte as the 8th fastest-growing tech company in Sweden.

2005-2021 Stockholm

I founded and ran a Swedish consulting company offering services in collaboration and business optimization. I established four Swedish offices and reached 60+ in headcount and 200M SEK in revenue before exit. The business contained both business and technical consulting as well as license sales for software from Atlassian. I stepped down as CEO for Riada in 2018 to focus on Mindville but continued as active chairman of the board for Riada.

I had various leading roles in software development projects. As a team leader and configuration manager, I took part in delivering nine different phone models to the Asian market, amongst other things. I worked in England, China, Taiwan, and Germany during those years.
